• Camera: Used for profile photos, QR scanning, assignment images, and document upload only after user action.
• Photos / storage / files: Used to upload selected documents or images and download school documents. The app does not scan personal files unrelated to the selected feature.
• Account and profile data: Student, parent, teacher, or staff name, login ID, role, mobile number, email address, admission number, employee code, class, section, roll number, and profile photo where provided.
• School records: Attendance, homework, assignments, exam results, marksheets, notices, timetable, transport route, gate pass, library, hostel, and fee/payment status information managed by the school.
• User-submitted files: Photos, documents, assignments, certificates, or other files uploaded by the user through app features.
• Device and app data: Device model, operating system, app version, IP address, login/session data, crash logs, diagnostics, and push notification token for security, support, and app reliability.
• Location data, if enabled by the school and user: Used only for features such as transport tracking, attendance verification, or route-related services. Location is not sold or used for advertising.
